Five steps. We skip none of them, because most field failures trace back to a detail skipped in the first one.

Requirement analysis
We map your system's voltage, current and environment together.
Battery voltage, continuous and peak current, motor type, sensor arrangement, operating temperature and mounting volume. We do not start talking about a board until those six are clear, because most field failures trace back to a detail skipped here.

PCB design
A board designed for the need, or an existing board adapted to it.
On most projects one of our existing boards fits with a small adaptation on the connector and mounting side. When it does not, we design from scratch — schematic, layout, power plane sizing and thermal check included.

Component sourcing
A domestic supply network cuts the long lead times.
So a competition calendar is not left at the mercy of overseas lead times, we identify domestic, in-stock alternatives for critical components up front. If a part has no alternative, we say so at the start.

Build and test
Every board is tested before it ships.
Every board goes through supply, output and communication checks before it is boxed. We share the measurement output with the board on request.

Commissioning
Technical support stays with you while you fit it.
The connection diagram, the power-up order and the typical fault states come in writing. If you get stuck while fitting it you can reach us on the same WhatsApp line — including after the board has shipped.
